This Martini package includes a webhook which is compatible with the webhook feature in JIRA. Simply configure JIRA to point to the webhook exposed by this package (which is located at <Server URL>/api/jira/hook?token=<TOKEN>&spacesId=<SPACES ID>). TORO uses this package everyday after hearing about HipChat being shut down. Read more about how we did this here. Don't forget to remove the = character from the end of the token parameter!
